REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: May 22, 2025
Overview
At Simpler Growth, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. Because our services involve the investment of professional time, expertise, and resources upon commencement, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly retainer engagements (SEO, social media management, ads management, etc.):
• Retainer fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle
• Once a billing cycle has started and work has commenced, retainer fees for that cycle are non-refundable
• If you wish to cancel, you may do so with 30 days' written notice as per our Terms of Service. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle after your cancellation is confirmed
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle
2. Project-Based Services
For fixed-scope projects (website audits, campaign setups, content packages, etc.):
• Deposits paid upfront are non-refundable once project work has commenced
• If a project is cancelled by the Client before work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 7 business days
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The amount refunded will be calculated as the total fee minus the value of work completed
• Final milestone payments are non-refundable once the deliverable has been submitted for Client review
3. Setup & Onboarding Fees
All setup fees, onboarding fees, and account configuration fees are strictly non-refundable. These fees cover the time and resources invested in account setup, research, and onboarding, regardless of subsequent project outcomes.
4. Ad Spend
Simpler Growth does not handle Client ad spend directly. Ad budgets are funded by Clients directly into their own ad platform accounts (Google, Meta, etc.). We have no control over and accept no responsibility for ad spend charges made directly by advertising platforms. Refund requests for ad spend must be directed to the respective platform.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please follow these steps:
• Step 1: Email us at info@simplergrowth.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Invoice Number]"
• Step 2: Include your full name, company name, invoice number, the service in question, and the reason for your refund request
• Step 3: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage Clients to contact us directly at info@simplergrowth.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (minimum 7 business days) is a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
• Immediately suspend all active services
• Provide full documentation of services rendered to the payment processor to contest the chargeback
• Pursue recovery of amounts owed through appropriate legal channels
Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably by contacting us first. We are committed to fair resolutions.
7. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@simplergrowth.com. We take client satisfaction seriously and will work with you to address concerns, revise deliverables within the agreed scope, or find a fair resolution. Dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we are committed to making things right wherever possible.
